Typical Weekend Schedule

Friday evening
Arrive                    6:00 PM 
Rehearsal            6:30 PM – 9:30 PM –  Rehearsal with break

Saturday
Arrive                      8:30 AM
Rehearsal              9:00 AM – 12:00 noon
Lunch                      12:00 noon – 1:00 PM
Rehearsal               1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Sunday
Arrive                      8:30 AM
Rehearsal              9:00 AM – 12:00 noon
Lunch                      12:00 noon – 1:00 PM
Rehearsal               1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

           
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
In the event that the weather does not look good for driving, notification of cancellation will be given by noon on Friday of the rehearsal weekend.  It will be posted by email, Facebook and Instagram. It will also be posted on the NSYWE website.
That does not mean the whole weekend is cancelled. If possible we will strive to continue on the following days.  It is up to your own discretion whether  the roads are safe for you to travel.  Please notify Hope Gendron at (902) 497-3297 if you can not attend or will be late.
Your safety is more important than a missed rehearsal!
