Friday, October 17th
5:30 pm – 6:00 pm Arrive/Warmup
6:00 pm – 9:00 pm Rehearsal with breaks (Snacks will be provided.)
Saturday, October 18th
9:00 am – 12:00 pm Rehearsal with breaks
(Students in NSYO will be in attendance.) (Snacks will be provided.)
12:00 pm – 1:00 pm Lunch (On your own, bring a lunch or go out to lunch.)
1:00 pm – 4:00 pm Rehearsal with breaks (Snacks will be provided.)
Sunday, October 19th
(Please be flexible with the arrival and lunch times)
It will depends on how Friday and Saturday progresses.
Later start 9:30 am Arrive/Warmup
10:00 am – 12:00 noon Rehearsal
12:00 noon – 1:30 pm Lunch (On your own, bring a lunch or go out to lunch.)
1:30 pm – 2:00 pm Concert Dress/Warmup/Sound check
2:00 pm Concert Begins

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
In the event that the weather does not look good for driving, notification of cancellation will be given by noon on Friday of the rehearsal weekend. It will be posted by email, Facebook and Instagram. It will also be posted on the NSYWE website.
That does not mean the whole weekend is cancelled. If possible we will strive to continue on the following days. It is up to your own discretion whether the roads are safe for you to travel. Please notify Hope Gendron at (902) 497-3297 if you can not attend or will be late.
Your safety is more important than a missed rehearsal!
