Friday, January 30th
         5:30 pm                        Arrive/Warmup
         6:00 pm – 9:00 pm    Rehearsal with breaks (Snacks will be provided.)

Saturday, January 31th
        9:30 am                         Arrive/Warmup
      10:00 am – 12:oo pm    Rehearsal with breaks (NSYO students are excused,                                                                                                   Snacks will be provided.)
      12:00 pm – 1:00 pm      BRASS/PERCUSSION SECTIONAL
                                               Lunch woodwinds
         1:00 pm – 2:00 pm     WOODWIND SECTIONAL
                                               Lunch brass/percussion
         2:00 pm – 3:30 pm     FULL BAND with clinicians playing in the ensemble.
         3:30 pm – 4:00 pm     Break (Snacks will be provided.)
         4:00 pm – 6:00 pm     Rehearsal with breaks

Sunday, February 1st
     9:00 am                           Arrive/Warmup
     9:30 am – 12:00 pm      Rehearsal
   12:00 pm – 1:00 pm        Lunch
     1:00 pm – 3:00 pm        Rehearsal
    
 

           
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
In the event that the weather does not look good for driving, notification of cancellation will be given by noon on Friday of the rehearsal weekend.  It will be posted by email, Facebook and Instagram. It will also be posted on the NSYWE website.
That does not mean the whole weekend is cancelled. If possible we will strive to continue on the following days.  It is up to your own discretion whether  the roads are safe for you to travel.  Please notify Hope Gendron at (902) 497-3297 if you can not attend or will be late.
Your safety is more important than a missed rehearsal!
