2023-2024 NSYWE Policy and Contract
Every member accepted into the NSYWE must sign a contract which states the ensemble’s policies and behaviour criteria.
Please read, sign and make a copy for your files. Bring the signed, bottom form to the first weekend.
The NSYWE contract is attached to the top of the page. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Parents/guardians of members who have not reached the age of majority (19 years of age) must co-sign the contract. A breach of the contract could result in your dismissal from the ensemble or being barred from performing at a concert. No full or partial season fee refund would be available under these circumstances.
