If any conflict arises that would result in missing a rehearsal, please fill out this Google Form. Please submit this completed form at least 2 weeks in advance of each weekend absence. INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
In the event that the weather is not good for driving, notification will be given by noon on Friday of the rehearsal weekend. It will be posted by email, NSYWE website front page, NSYWE Facebook and Instagram accounts.
This does not mean the whole weekend is cancelled. If possible we will continue on the following days.
It is up to your own discretion whether the roads are safe for you to travel.
EARLY RELEASE FROM REHEARSALS
In the event that the weather is turning bad during a rehearsal, the committee will make a decision by lunch. You child may use their phone to text you.
