NSYWE ABSENCE FORM<\/strong>
If any conflict arises that would result in missing a rehearsal, please fill out this Google Form. Please submit this completed form at least 2 weeks in advance of each weekend absence. For other absences that come up unexpectedly, please ensure that you submit this for as as as the conflict is know. https:\/\/forms.gle\/2d2GUezSpm2WbqtX8<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY<\/strong>
In the event that the weather is not good for driving, notification will be given by noon on Friday of the rehearsal weekend. It will be posted by email, NSYWE website front page, NSYWE Facebook and Instagram accounts.
This does not mean the whole weekend is cancelled. If possible we will continue on the following days.
It is up to your own discretion whether the roads are safe for you to travel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EARLY RELEASE FROM REHEARSALS<\/strong>
